Wastewater project work on Vaughn Drive

  • The partial street closures began on Vaughn Drive this week as work on the city’s wastewater project broke ground. Utility workers set up cones and fencing around the site’s large hole as the sun began to set over the Ohio River. Utility workers will be on site fulltime, starting Monday.
